Ulefone has just announced a new big battery smartphone, the Ulefone Power 3L. This is essentially a more affordable variant of the Power 3 handset, and if you’re looking for a budget phone with a huge battery, this may be the device for you.
In addition to announcing the device, the company has also published the very first promo video for the Ulefone Power 3L. That video has a duration of about one minute, and it’s basically an unboxing video which will give you a closer look at the device, and what lies in its retail box. In addition to the phone itself, you will also get a SIM card removal tool, charging cable and brick, a screen protector, and a user manual.
The Ulefone Power 3L comes with bezels above and below the display, though those bezels are not too thick, and at least you don’t have to deal with a display notch or a display hole. The device sports two vertically-aligned cameras on the back, while a fingerprint scanner is placed right below them. A dual-LED flash sits next to the phone’s cameras, while Ulefone’s branding is also imprinted on the back of this phone. The power / lock button can be found on the right-hand side of the device, while its volume up and down buttons sit on the left.
The Ulefone Power 3L comes with a 6-inch HD+ display, which offers an 18:9 display aspect ratio. The phone is fueled by the MediaTek MT6739 64-bit quad-core processor, while it packs in 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage.
13 and 5-megapixel cameras can be found on the back of this phone, while a single 5-megapixel unit lies on the phone’s front side. Android 8.1 Oreo comes pre-installed on the Power 3L, while the device also supports facial scanning.
A 6,350mAh battery is included in this package as well, while it is not removable. The phone supports dual 4G LTE, while it comes with an NFC chip, and 5V/2A charging. Ulefone did mention that this phone will cost less than $100, but the company did not say when will it become available. The device is expected to become available for purchase in the coming weeks, though.
