Ulefone Armor 6E Demonstrates Its Ruggedness: Video

Ulefone keeps on promoting its newest rugged smartphone, the Armor 6E. The company has published a new video on YouTube, this time around, it’s showing its consumers how durable the Armor 6E is.

This video has a duration of about two minutes, and it has plenty to show you. In this video, the phone acts as a hammer, knocking some nails into wood and cracking walnuts (with its display). Ulefone even decided to take an electric drill, and show you that the phone’s display is more than durable and can handle quite a bit of abuse.

The Ulefone Armor 6E can even handle boiling water, and even some flame, believe it or not. Ulefone decided to throw the phone in flour, throw it onto concrete, and down the stairs. None of that managed to hurt the phone, not even when a car ran it over. There are several additional tests included here that we did not mention, so if you’re interested, check out the embedded video.

These tests are not exactly new for Ulefone, as the company has been manufacturing rugged phones for a long time now, and has published similar videos in the past. Still, seeing how much abuse can a phone handle definitely instills confidence, especially if you’re not the most careful person when it comes to handling smartphones.

The Ulefone Armor 6E features two cameras on the back, and a fingerprint scanner below those cameras. The device does look rugged, and despite that, its bezels are not as thick as on some other phones.

The device features a 6.2-inch fullHD+ display, while it is fueled by the Helio P70 64-bit octa-core processor. The device also sports 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. Android 9 Pie comes pre-installed on the device, while the phone is also IP68/IP69K and MIL-STD-810G certified.

A 5,000mAh battery is included in this package, and the phone even supports 10W wireless charging (Qi standard). 16 and 2-megapixel cameras are placed on the back of this phone, while a single 8-megapixel unit is included on the phone’s front side.

The device includes two SIM card slots, and it supports 4G LTE connectivity. The phone is available in red and black color variants, and it is available for pre-order as we speak. The device is discounted to $199.99 during the pre-order period, and that discount will last until May 12. After that, the phone’s price tag will jump to $300, so if you’re interested in the Armor 6E, do it fast. You can buy the phone via the link down below.
