The company also claims that this app will reduce unwanted calls by up to 90-percent within 30 days, though do keep in mind this is a paid service, and that’s the reason some negative reviews made it to the Play Store. You do get a 7-day trial, but after that, you need to pay up. It seems like quite a few customers are actually happy with the service, as they claim this app managed to sort out unwanted calls in general, so… it’s worth a shot.
Hiya
Hiya is yet another solid option to block robocalls, but that’s not all that it does. This app can block any type of unwanted calls or messages, while you can manually blacklist some numbers if you’d like. The app will warn you if an upcoming call is fraudulent, while you can actually use this app to find numbers for specific businesses that you know by name, but don’t have a contact number. The design of this app is really simple, and the app works well overall, though to use it properly with some must-have features, as a subscription is required.
Call Blocker
Call Blocker is yet another app that claims it’s able to get rid of unwanted calls for you, and that includes robocalls, phone cams, and all other sorts of calls. You can manually blacklist specific numbers if you want, and this app is actually quite easy on your memory and CPU compared to some other, similar apps. The app will keep a log of incoming calls, and this app is free to use, no subscription is required. It seems like it helped some people, based on reviews, and considering it’s free, you have nothing to lose, try it out.
Mr. Number
Mr. Number is also an app whose goal is to stop robocalls from reaching you, and to block all other types of unwanted calls, including various scams. The app also comes with an “Automatic Caller Lookup”, so that it lets you know whose call needed to be blocked before it reached you. If you’re unable to get that information, other users do leave comments for specific numbers, so some of them may reveal who called you. The app is extremely easy to use thanks to its nice-looking, and user-friendly UI.
Calls Blacklist
Call Blacklist app can block both calls and SMS messages that may harm you in some way, and the app also blocks robocalls. It can block the calls of a specific range using a modifier, and that may help filter out robocalls. You can schedule call blocking using this application, while a call log is being saved by the application as well. Interestingly enough, the app also comes with a built-in SMS messenger, so you can use that feature as well if you want, instead of your default SMS messenger.
