Samsung Galaxy Note10 Pro Gel Case Leaks Along With Phone Renders

The Samsung Galaxy Note10 and Note10 Pro renders had surfaced a couple of days ago, and a case for the Galaxy Note10 Pro just appeared as well. This seems to be a third-party case that you’ll be able to purchase via eBay and similar websites, on the cheap.

This case seems to be made for the leaked Galaxy Note10 Pro, and it is a regular silicone case, also known as the gel case. This is a soft case, and all the cutouts seem to be in the right place to fit the leaked Galaxy Note10 Pro.

Some of you will immediately notice that the render used by the unknown case manufacturer does not include a headphone jack, and that’s because it is reported that the Galaxy Note10 series will put an end to audio jacks on Samsung’s flagship devices, essentially.

As you can see, there is a cutout on the back for the phone’s vertically-aligned triple camera setup, and some sensors next to it. Up top is an LED flash, while below it you’ll find a ToF (Time of Flight) camera, and what could be a laser autofocus, or something of the sort.

On the bottom of the case, you will notice cutouts for the Type-C port, the S Pen stylus, and a microphone. There are several cutouts on the top as well, one for the noise canceling microphone, while we don’t really know what the other two are there for. One of those sensors could be an IR blaster, or something fo the sort.

All the physical keys are located on the left-hand of the device, as are on the renders that leaked the other day, which is extremely surprising. Those are probably volume up, and volume down buttons, along with a power / lock button, and if that info is accurate, the Bixby button is gone. In any case, those buttons are covered by this gel case, there are no cutouts for them.

You will see quite a few such cases pop up online in the coming weeks, as they usually do once a flagship phone leaks by a reliable source. Those cases will cost a couple of dollars at the most, at least the unbranded ones.

The Galaxy Note10 and Note10 Pro are rumored to launch on August 10, a report which surfaced earlier today suggested. The company will announce the two devices on a global basis, and each of them is expected to launch in both 4G and 5G variants.

The Galaxy Note10 is said to sport a 6.28-inch display, while the Pro model will include a 6.75-inch panel. Both of those displays will be curved, and we’re looking at QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED displays here. Both will be HDR10+ certified, and quite probably amongst the best in the business, but we’ll see.

The Galaxy Note10 and Note10 Pro will ship in Snapdragon 855 and Exynos 9820 / 9825 SoC variants, depending on where you live. The Snapdragon model will be available in the US and China, while the Exynos variant will ship to Europe and India. The two phones will ship with Android 9 Pie out of the box, while Samsung’s One UI will be included on top of Google’s operating system.
