Ulefone has released a new promo video for one of its devices, this time around, it’s the Ulefone Armor 6E. In this video, the company is comparing GPS performance between the Ulefone Armor 6E and the iPhone XS.
In this video, Ulefone’s employee strapped both the Ulefone Armor 6E and iPhone XS to his arms, and decided to go for a quick run, a 2-kilometer run, to be exact. He was running by the sea, and it seems like the Ulefone Armor 6E did a great job tracking his run, while the iPhone XS did not really calculate the route correctly.
Ulefone used a Nike Run Club application for this run, by the way. The Armor 6E is equipped with GPS, GLONASS, and Beidou navigation system. The company claims that it will offer a more stable satellite signal coverage than most devices out there, which will result in a more accurate positioning when doing things like tracking your run, for example.
The company claims that the Armor 6E has received much praise since it was announced, by users, while the company also announced that this phone is discounted at the moment. You can get the phone for only $197.49 at the moment, and that offer will be valid until the end of the day tomorrow (July 17).
Those of you who are not all that familiar with the Ulefone Armor 6E, this is a rugged smartphone, while it’s also a budget phone at the same time. The device can take a hit without a problem, while it includes two cameras on the back, along with a regular, capacitive fingerprint scanner.
The phone comes with IP68/IP69K and MIL-STD-810G certifications, so not only can it take a hit, but it is also water and dust resistant. The Helio P70 64-bit octa-core processor fuels this smartphone, while the device includes 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. A 5,000mAh battery is also included in the package, while the device supports facial scanning.
16 and 2-megapixel cameras sit on the back of the device, while the phone supports NFC. Android 9 Pie comes pre-installed on the phone, and the device also supports global frequency bands, so the vast majority of the world will be able to take advantage of its 4G LTE connectivity.
The Ulefone Armor 6E features a 6.2-inch fullHD+ display, and it does have a display notch. Its large battery pack supports fast charging, and it also comes with wireless charging (10W fast wireless charging).
