CHUWI has announced that it will make an appearance at IFA 2019 in Berlin. The company will bring some new products to the tradeshow as well, to show them to participants. The company will be there from September 6 until September 11. Those of you who plan to go can find CHUWI at Stand 161 in Hall 11-1.
In its press release, the company also said that it’s one of China’s top 3 “tablet PC brands” at the moment. The company says that IFA 2019 is a great platform for the company to showcase its current products to international consumers. On top of that, it’s a great way to “showcase its developments and achievements”.
In its press release, CHUWI highlighted two of its products that will make an appearance at IFA 2019. Truth be said, CHUWI will probably bring more than two products at the tradeshow, but these are the main ones.
CHUWI MiniBook
The CHUWI MiniBook is one of the company’s newest products. This small laptop managed to become extremely successful on Indiegogo. The company collected a lot more funds that they need in order to kick off production for the laptop. Over 3,000 people backed the project on the platform, says the company.
The CHUWI MiniBook is an 8-inch laptop, which is fueled by the Intel Core m3 processor. The device includes 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. This device supports M.2 SSD expansion, and it comes with a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. The campaign for the device is over on Indiegogo, and you can expect this device to become available in the near future.
CHUWI LapBook Plus
The second device the company highlighted in its presser is the CHUWI LapBook Plus. This laptop actually comes with a 4K display, and the company claims that it is one of the most affordable 4K laptops in the market. It may actually be the most affordable one.
The company says that laptops with 4K displays usually cost over $1,500, while the CHUWI LapBook Plus is priced at less than $450. The device features a 15.6-inch 4K HDR display, and it is fueled by the Intel X7 processor.
On top of that, you’ll find 8GB of RAM inside of this laptop, along with 256GB of SSD storage. The device supports M.2 expansion up to 1TB, and TF expansion up to 128GB. You’ll find various ports on this laptop, and the device comes with Windows 10 out of the box, same as the MiniBook.
