Leaks for the Google Pixel 4 are really starting to pile on. Now, we’re getting a Google Pixel 4 leaked ad, which shows a grainy look at the device, and it also confirms a few of the colors.
It’s definitely a marking video that Google is going to be using to hype up the Pixel 4 when it is announced next month. It asks the question “What happens when the people who made, all of this, put everything they know into one of these?” Which is Google is referring to making Search, Maps and YouTube, and putting it all into a phone.
Another look at the front of the Pixel 4
In this Google Pixel 4 ad, we do also get to see the front of the device. Which shows us a large top bezel, coinciding with other leaks we’ve seen lately.
It definitely shows that there is some Project Soli goodness inside too. Seeing as the ad shows that you can wave your hand over the phone for some gesture control, which is pretty neat. Not the first time we’ve seen it, but it could be the best implementation, we’ve seen.
The video did not tell us a whole lot about the camera on the Pixel 4, but it does show that there are some more camera sensors on-board this year.
Something we already knew from the leak that Google put out a few months ago.
It actually confirms a lot of what we already knew about the Pixel 4, which means that there is likely very little to be left to the imagination, when the Pixel 4 does get announced in about a month.
Pixel 4 leaks are starting to pick up
With the exception of 2018, Pixel leaks generally start to pick up after IFA. And since IFA was last week, now’s a good time to get started on them.
The next big phone launch, is going to be the Pixel 4, so it makes sense that the leaks start now. While there are some other big launches coming, like the Huawei Mate 30, that isn’t quite as big, seeing as it will not be coming to the US.
The Pixel 4 isn’t expected to be announced until the first week of October.
It’s important to remind everyone, that with all of these leaks, we must take them with a grain of salt. While many of them may indeed be true, it’s tough to know whether they are true or not, until Google confirms them next month.
So for now, we’ll have to take a lot of these with a grain of salt. However, this video did confirm a good number of them.
