The latest update to MARVEL Strike Force is on the way and it’s bringing new characters with it.
Whether you’re a long-time player or a newcomer, the old adage “the more the merrier” applies here. That’s because you’ll want as many character combinations as possible. This way you have better chances at beating out certain enemy teams.
The new characters are coming to MARVEL Strike Force “in the coming weeks”
The update isn’t quite available for the game yet but it isn’t too far off. This means the new characters are just around the corner, too.
For those looking forward to the addition of the new playable heroes, the characters will be added into the game in the coming weeks ahead of today’s date. This means you may be able to expect them before October, or at the very least in the beginning of next month.
As for the characters being added, there are two that have been confirmed. This includes Agent Coulson of S.H.I.E.L.D., and Graviton. Coulson appears to offer more support character benefits while Graviton looks to be a mix of add control and damage dealing.
Both characters will certainly come in handy though, if paired with the right team members. While you can set your teams up however you like, each character has synergies, which are characters that they are best with. This is worth keeping in mind if you want the best possible team composition.
New A.I.M. team members are coming too
In addition to Agent Coulson and Graviton, there are new A.I.M. team members which are being added into the game as well.
Officially, these aren’t actually new members, rather they’re newly reworked versions of the ones that are already in the game. That being said, the changes should make them feel like new when using them in combat.
Newly reworked members include the Infector, the Monstrosity, Security, Assaulter, Researcher, and the Scientist Supreme. These upcoming new additions follow a handful of other new characters launched in the game as of late.
Back on July 2 characters like Mysterio, Vulture, Green Goblin and more were added to the game. Featuring costumes that were used in the two most recent Spider-Man films. Even further back a roster of X-Men joined the game.
And, most recently Namor as well as the Fantastic Four were added. Meaning you’d have access to Invisible Woman, Mr. Fantastic, the Thing, and Human Torch.
