The Samsung Galaxy A51 renders surfaced last month, and now some additional information regarding the device appeared. The Galaxy A51 specifications, images, and promo video appeared.
This handset will become official on December 12 in Vietnam. The Galaxy A51 will launch alongside some other Galaxy A 2020 devices, including the Galaxy A71 which also surfaced recently.
The Galaxy A51 leaked images once again reveal the design of the phone
Before we get down to specs, let’s take a closer look at the phone. The device will be made out of metal and glass. It will include four cameras on the back, and those cameras will sit in an L shape.
Along with the phone’s cameras, you’ll also be able to find an LED flash in that camera module. Samsung’s logo is present on the back of this phone, while the device’s back side is curved.
The power / lock, volume up, and volume down buttons will sit on the right side of the device. Those will be the only physical keys on the Galaxy A51.
The device will sport rather thin bezels, and a centered display camera hole. Much like the upcoming Galaxy A11, and the already-released Galaxy Note 10 series, the Galaxy A51 will have that camera display hole.
Now, in terms of Galaxy A51 specs. This will be a mid-range smartphone, as expected. The phone will be fueled by the Exynos 9611 64-bit octa-core processor.
It will include 4GB / 6GB of RAM and 64GB / 128GB of expandable storage. Android 9 Pie or Android 10 will come pre-installed on the phone. In any case, Samsung’s One UI will be included.
The phone will feature a 6.5-inch display, large battery, and Dolby Atmos support
The Galaxy A51 will feature a 6.5-inch fullHD+ (2340 x 1080) Infinity-O super AMOLED display. A 4,000mAh battery will also be included, and support 15W fast charging.
The Galaxy A51 will feature an in-display fingerprint scanner, and Dolby Atmos support. A 3.5mm headphone jack will also be a part of the package, which is quite interesting.
On the back of the device, you’ll be able to find 48-megapixel (f/2.0 aperture), 12-megapixel (ultra-wide angle, f/2.2 aperture), 5-megapixel (depth sensor, f/2.2 aperture), and 5-megapixel (macro, f/2.4 aperture) cameras.
A single 32-megapixel (f/2.2 aperture) camera will be included on the front side of the device. The phone will also support Bluetooth 5, and Dual 4G VoLTE. It will measure 158. 5 x 73.6 x 7.9mm, weigh 172 grams, and arrive in Black, Blue, Pink, and Prism Crush White color variants.
