Galaxy S11 & S11+ Front Panels Leak With Extremely Thin Bezels

Ice Universe, a well-known tipster, has just shared yet another piece of the Samsung Galaxy S11 puzzle. This time around, the tipster shared front panels of the Galaxy S11 and S11+.

As you can see in the provided image, both devices will include really thin bezels. The Galaxy S11+’s bottom bezel may seem considerably thicker, but take a closer look. That’s just the gap between the white paper it’s sitting on, it seems like they’ll be the same thickness, or the difference will be almost negligible.

Galaxy S11 & S11+ front panels re-confirm curved displays are coming

Both phones will include rounded corners and rounded display corners as well. These front panels also re-confirm that the two phones will include curved displays.

The Samsung Galaxy S11 and S11+ are expected to launch in February. Those two phones will launch alongside the Galaxy S11e, according to rumors. One report suggested that all three phones will arrive on February 18.

That very same rumor also suggested that the Galaxy Fold 2 will launch alongside the Galaxy S11 series. That is quite possible, as Samsung is planning to announce its second-gen foldable device soon, and the first-gen model arrived alongside the Galaxy S10 series of devices.

All three Galaxy S11 smartphones are expected to ship with the Snapdragon 865 in some markets, and the Exynos 990 in other markets.

Front panels of the Galaxy S11 and S11+ leaked, but the Galaxy S11e’s front panel is expected to look quite similar. All three phones are expected to include a display camera hole inside of that panel. That camera hole will be centered at the top of the display. Above it will sit an earpiece, most probably. It’s not visible on these panels either, but it may be added in the bezel itself, as it was in the past.

All three phones will be made out of metal and glass. In fact, all three devices will be fairly large. The Galaxy S11e will be a bit smaller than the Galaxy S11 and S11+, but it will be larger than the Galaxy S10e.

Samsung is also planning to utilize a new display aspect ratio with the Galaxy S11 series. All three devices will ship with 20:9 displays. All displays will be AMOLED, but there will be some differences in the resolution department.

The Galaxy S11+ will include a periscope camera on the back

The Galaxy S11+ will include a periscope camera on the back. We’re not sure if the Galaxy S11 will as well, but the S11e probably will not. That periscope camera will enable the Galaxy S11+ to take some great shots of objects that are not close by, similar to the Huawei P30 Pro.

The Galaxy S11 series, in general, is expected to represent a considerable step up in the camera department. Samsung did not make any major changes in terms of camera hardware for a while now, and it’s time to change that.

The company will probably utilize a brand new 108-megapixel ISOCELL camera on the back of all three Galaxy S11 smartphones.
