OPPO had announced that the Reno3 5G series is coming on December 26. That announcement came last week, and now the Reno3 5G real-life images surfaced, along with some of its specs.
If you take a look at the two images provided in the gallery down below, you’ll be able to see the phone itself. On its display, you’ll notice some of its specifications, listed in the AIDA64 application.
The OPPO Reno3 5G will be a mid-range smartphone, its specs confirm
The OPPO Reno3 5G will be a mid-range smartphone, and this spec leak more or less confirms that. Before we get into its specs, let’s talk about the OPPO Reno3 5G display for a second.
The device will feature really thin bezels, as you can see. Its bottom bezel will be thicker than the rest of its bezels, but not by much. The phone’s corners will be rounded, the same goes for the corners of its display.
A waterdrop display notch will be present here, and inside it, you’ll notice a front-facing camera. The power / lock button is visible on the right, while the volume up and down buttons are placed on the left. We can’t see them in these images, though, unfortunately.
AIDA64 confirms that the Reno3 5G will be fueled by the MediaTek MT6855 processor, which is also known as the Dimensity 1000L SoC. That chip is actually capable of providing a 5G connection.
The OPPO Reno3 will support 5G, that much has been confirmed thus far. We don’t know if only a 5G model will be announced, or will OPPO announce two of them, but there you go.
The phone’s processor will be clocked at 2.2GHz, while the Mali-G77 GPU will be included as well. The device will include 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.
The device will feature a 6.4-inch fullHD+ display, and four rear-facing cameras
The OPPO Reno3 5G is expected to feature a 6.4-inch fullHD+ display, along with a 64-megapixel main camera on the back. An 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera is also expected to be included, and the same goes for a 2-megapixel macro sensor.
Rumors are also suggesting that a 2-megapixel depth sensor will be placed on the back of the device. A single 32-megapixel camera will sit on the front side of this phone, it seems.
A 4,025mAh battery will be a part of the OPPO Reno3 5G, rumors claim, while Android 10 will come pre-installed on the device. On top of Google’s OS, you’ll find OPPO’s ColorOS 7 skin.
The OPPO Reno3 Pro 5G will be more powerful than the Reno3 5G, but it will not be a flagship-grade phone. That device will feature a display camera hole, instead of a waterdrop notch.
