HONOR has announced the global availability of the HONOR Band 5 and MagicWatch 2 at CES 2020. The company said that the Band 5 and MagicWatch 2 are now globally available, in fact.
We decided to check that information by navigating to HONOR’s global website. It is true that both devices are available in some regions, but not as many as you’d think.
The HONOR Band 5 availability announced for Europe, Latin America, the Middle East & Africa
The HONOR Band 5 is available in parts of Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and Africa. It is available in Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand, as far as the Asia Pacific region is concerned.
In terms of Europe, you can get it in Russia, Kazakhstan, Netherlands, Finland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Greece, Bulgaria, and Poland. We believe that HiHonor ships to other European countries, though, at least those that are a part of the EU. Make sure to check the company’s website, though.
It is available only in Colombia, as far as Latin America is concerned. As far as the Middle East and Africa are concerned, these are the countries that is available in: Pakistan, Iraq, Egypt, South Africa, Levant, UAE, and Saudi Arabia.
The device is priced at €29.90 in most of Europe, while the equivalent of that price tag is used in other regions, in different currencies, though.
Now, as far as the HONOR MagicWatch 2 is concerned, its availability is more limited. For the 42mm version, only Thailand and Hungary are listed on the company’s website.
The 46mm variant is a slightly different story. The 46mm variant is available in Indonesia, Thailand, the Netherlands, and Hungary. This variant of the HONOR MagicWatch 2 is priced at €189.
The HONOR Band 5 Sport & MagicBook coming “soon”
HONOR also announced that the Band 5 Sport and MagicBook will be hitting global markets “soon”. The company said that they’re expected to become available in Q1 2020.
The HONOR Band 5 and MagicWatch 2 are expected to roll out to more countries soon. The MagicWatch 2 especially, as its availability is quite limited, as far as HONOR’s official store is concerned.
HONOR did not have anything new to announce at CES 2020, at least as far as new products are concerned. This availability information is the only piece of info that hit our inbox.
