Amazon is offering some additional freebies to those that pre-order the Galaxy S20 series. In addition to the credit that Samsung is offering no matter where you pre-order your Galaxy S20, you can also get a pair of the Galaxy Buds and the DUO Wireless Charging Pad for free, through Amazon.
Prices are the same here. So it’s $999 for the Galaxy S20, $1,199 for the Galaxy S20+ and $1,399 for the Galaxy S20 Ultra, and that includes the Galaxy Buds and the DUO Wireless Charging Pad. Now it’s worth mentioning that these are the old Galaxy Buds, that launched last year. Not the newer Galaxy Buds+.
Amazon lists the same shipping date as other carriers and retailers, which is March 6.
The Galaxy S20 is the smaller of the three smartphones, with a 6.2-inch display, with the Galaxy S20+ having a 6.7-inch display and the Galaxy S20 Ultra having a huge 6.9-inch display. All three of these are QHD+ and 120Hz displays (just not at the same time). They also feature the Snapdragon 865 chipset, 12GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. Along with a micro SD card slot for expanding storage, should you need more space.
The cameras are different across the board. But the Galaxy S20 and S20+ are fairly similar with a 12-megapixel main sensor, and a 12-megapixel ultrawide sensor, and the telephoto is a 64-megapixel sensor. The Galaxy S20+ does add a Time of Flight Sensor. The Galaxy S20 Ultra is a bit different, with a 108-megapixel main sensor, a 48-megapixel telephoto or periscope sensor and a 12-megapixel ultrawide sensor. There is also a Time of Flight Sensor available here too.
The Galaxy S20 series sport massive batteries, at 4000mAh, 4500mAh and 5000mAh capacities respectively.
