The Redmi K30 Pro 5G will include a quad camera setup on the back, and that is exactly what two new images are showing us.
If you take a look at the gallery below this paragraph, you’ll be able to see two images of the Redim K30 Pro 5G. The first one is a hands-on image with the phone, this is a leaked image. The second image in the gallery is the official one, it has been shared by Redmi via Weibo.
The Redmi K30 Pro 5G will include a quad camera setup, and a 3.5mm headphone jack
Both of these images are showing the back side of the device. Both of them confirm that the Redmi K30 Pro 5G will include a quad camera setup on the back. Those four cameras will be aligned by a pair of two in each row, and be a part of a circular camera module.
This phone’s camera module will protrude on the back, as expected. An LED flash will be included below those cameras, and the Redmi logo will also sit on the back.
The phone’s back will be curved, while a 3.5mm headphone jack will be included as well. You can see that headphone jack at the top of the device, on the second image above. A pop-up selfie camera will also sit at the top of the phone.
The phone will almost certainly be made out of metal and glass, though it seems like glass will cover the vast majority of the device. That is not exactly surprising either.
The phone’s AnTuTu’s score also appeared
The Redmi K30 Pro 5G’s AnTuTu score also surfaced, on Weibo. The phone managed to score 610,296 points, which is quite a high margin.
The Redmi K30 Pro 5G will become official on March 24. That is something Redmi confirmed quite recently. The device will be announced during an online-only event, it seems.
This handset will become Redmi’s brand new flagship. It will be a sibling to the Redmi K30 that launched at the end of last year. The phone is expected to offer a more sleek design than the Redmi K30, that’s for sure.
It will not include a pill-shaped display camera hole, like its sibling. Its rear-facing camera setup also looks much nicer than the one on the Redmi K30. The ‘Pro’ model will utilize a pop-up camera instead of a display camera hole.
The device will be fueled by the Snapdragon 865 64-bit octa-core processor. It will also include LPDDR5 RAM, quite probably 12GB, though we’re still not sure. UFS 3.0 or UFS 3.1 flash storage is also expected.
The phone will probably feature a 6.67-inch fullHD+ 120Hz OLED display, and will ship with Android 10. On top of Android 10, you’ll get Xiaomi’s MIUI 11 skin, of course. Redmi is also expected to announce the Redmi K30 Pro Zoom Edition variant of this phone. We don’t really know anything about it just yet, but it will probably offer a different camera setup. A periscope camera maybe? We’ll see.
