MARVEL Super War Gets New Avengers: Endgame Content For Season 2

MARVEL Super War, which is the MOBA from NetEase based on the MARVEL universe, just recently launched season 2 of the game and it introduces quite a lot of new content for players.

Some of this content includes new costume skins for a few game characters, with the skins being based on the costumes for the heroes in Avengers: Endgame. The new content also includes a new playable character to take onto the battlefield – Hela, the sister of Thor, based on her character from Thor Ragnarok.

While the hero has been in the game since last week, NetEase has also put out a video which showcases some of her special abilities and play style. Which you can view below.

MARVEL Super War gains three Avengers: Endgame costumes

While it’s not known if NetEase will eventually release more Avengers: Endgame costumes, there are currently three that will be available for players to unlock.

There’s one for Rocket Raccoon, Ant-Man, and War Machine, all inspired by the suits they wear when they travel back in time to find all of the Infinity Stones in the film. If you liked this look for the characters, then you will definitely want to try and acquire them for the characters in the game.

These appear to be purchasable skins only. Which means you probably can’t earn them in any way through playing the game. They will however be available at a 30-percent discount until May 6. So you can save some money on them if you grab them before the date the discount ends.

Engage with an entirely new guild system

If you like getting as many heroes as you can, be sure to pick up Hela the Goddess of Death. As she’s an energy hero which uses attacks from her Nightsword to deal damage. Alongside that she also wields powers of necromancy to conjure undead foes to fight her enemies.

The new season doesn’t just introduce Hela and some new skins though. There’s also an entirely new guild system. This system allows you to party up with other players to form guilds, and doing so opens up chances to earn specialized rewards that you can only get if you have a guild.

There’s also a guild shop, guild quests, and other guild-specific content. So creating or joining one is definitely in the best interest of most players. The new season update officially arrived on April 9, so everyone should now have access to it.

Right now MARVEL Super War is not available in the US. It is however available in Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Indonesia, the Philippines, Macao, and India.
