Official video shows off Moto G 5G

Phone Arena has broken down the official video telling us exactly what it confirms surrounding the already heavily speculated about device.

The video heavily zones in on the device’s 5G capabilities. The tagline of bringing 5G to the masses seems to be what Motorola is going for here. The Moto G 5G is powered Snapdragon 765 Mobile Platform which includes an integrated Snapdragon X52 5G Modem.

The video then goes onto focus on the device’s camera. This is a 48MP camera with turns out sharper 12MP images with less noise. Alongside this, the device also comes with an 8MP ultra-wide camera, a 5MP macro camera, and a depth sensor.

On the front of the device, you will also find both a 16MP and a wide-angle selfie snapper. The video claims this wide-angle selfie camera will end the need for selfie sticks.

The video then goes onto extol the large battery capacity of the Moto G 5G. Motorola also claims the device will have 2 days of battery life. The 20W Turbo Charger should also replenish battery life quickly If this true for normal use then this will be a big selling point for the device.

What else do we know?

The Moto G 5G is currently available in Europe but it is unclear when and if it will launch in the US. It is known that Motorola will launch a USB-$500 5G phone in the US before the end of the year.

The device also carries a 6.7-inch display and an FHD+ resolution of 1080 x 2520. This means that the aspect ratio works out 21:9 making for a very tall and thin device.

The screen features a 90Hz refresh rate meaning that it should have smooth scrolling and enhanced video game animations

So far all things are looking positive for Moto G 5G. This was an impressive showing of the device but we will have to see what critical and popular reception it gets.

Hopefully we will also find out whether it is coming to the US anytime soon but its looking good right now.
