JBL PartyBox speakers are quite literally the life of the party. And now you can be too with the new line of PartyBox speakers from JBL that includes the PartyBox 310 and the PartyBox On-The-Go.
Both new speakers in this lineup join other products that are being announced by JBL today. Like the Xtreme 3, the Clip 4, and the Go 3.
Unlike those three speakers though, these ones are meant for more than listening. They were designed to help you get into the music as if it was you on the original track. Yes, these are essentially portable Karaoke machines. Brace yourselves though, because they don’t come cheap.
New JBL PartyBox speakers start at $300
A starting cost of $3o0 is by no means low, but as mentioned these aren’t just for listening. If what you’re looking for is something that just connects to your devices and streams music, JBL has other new options that are perfect for that.
However, if you want a sing-along machine with a ton of features, then you’re in the right place. And if you want the more portable model, the PartyBox On-The-Go is the one you want.
It puts out 100 watts of JBL pro sound and delivers that sound for up to 6 hours on a single charge. It even has guitar and microphone inputs so you can really jam out when the mood strikes.
There’s also a shoulder strap to carry it around with you if need that. Though the strap also just makes for a really simple way to move it from one place to another before setting it back down. To really amp things up JBL included backlit buttons for DJ controls if it’s a little more dim in the room you have the speaker set up in.
Say, at a house party, where you happen to be controlling the playlist that everyone is listening to. You can pick up your own PartyBox On-The-Go starting October 25.
Go big or go home
If you need something with a little more oomph, then JBL’s answer is the PartyBox 310.
100 watts is increased to a 240 watt output so you know it’ll be a lot louder. In addition to that it also features the backlit DJ buttons, the same IPX4 splash proof rating as the PartyBox On-The-Go, and a whopping 18 hours of battery life.
Perhaps more than anything this might be the better option if what you’re after is longevity. Though the longer-lasting battery life isn’t the only reason to pick it over the smaller model. The PartyBox 310 also launches on October 25 and it will retail for $500.
The speakers will be available JBL directly on the launch date, but should also be available on Amazon at some point.
