Mobvoi has launched a new pair of TWS earbuds called TicPods 2 Pro Plus. The TicPods 2 Pro launched at CES 2020 in January this year are the first TWS earbuds to come with the all-new TicHear and TicMotion functionalities. With the newly launched TicPods 2 Pro Plus, the company is further enhancing these innovative new features to offer a seamless experience.
Moreover, the new TicPods 2 Pro Plus earbuds come with a couple of new features and include minor design changes. First off, these new earbuds feature the Single Pairing technology from the latest Qualcomm ADK for using them independently.

While the earbuds themselves look very similar to their predecessor, the redesigned case gives them a more premium look. The TicHear and TicMotion features allow the user to interact with their earbuds without any direct interaction.
The Tickle 2.0 touch control feature lets you customize the functionalities on each earbud. With TicMotion head gesture controls, the earbuds can be used totally hands-free by shaking or nodding your head. They come with Bluetooth 5.0 support and are IPX4 certified for water and dust resistance.
Supports direct voice commands to skip using the wake-up word.
With the Plus variant, the company introduces TicHear 2.0 to make the earbuds do basic tasks with direct voice commands. The TicPods 2 Pro already works with direct voice commands like play music, pause music, pick up, hang up, and more. Now, there will be no need for using the wake-up word for increasing or decreasing the volume level.
Speaking of battery life, the earbuds alone will last up to 4 hours on a single charge. The earbuds also support fast charging, which gives 1 hour of music playback with just 5 minutes of charging. With the charging case, the earbuds can be used for another 16 hours.
Coming to the audio quality, the new Plus monicker should sound the same as the TicPods 2 Pro. They feature the same 13mm driver for audio. The dual-mic noise cancellation should also in filtering ambient noise during phone calls. The new TicPods 2 Pro Plus will cost $139.99 and comes in Navy (Blue) and Ice (White) color options.
These new TWS earbuds from Mobvoi are already available to order from its official website and Amazon.com. A few weeks back, the company also launched the TicWatch GTX smartwatch and Mobvoi Earbuds Gesture. Unlike the TicPods 2 Pro, the Earbuds Gesture feature silicone tips for providing noise cancellation.
