One of the first Samsung Galaxy S30 Ultra concept designs has just surfaced. This concept design comes from the Concept Creator (in partnership with SamMobile) in a video form, and it has been published on YouTube.
Just to be clear, Samsung’s next-gen phones will probably carry the ‘S21’ branding, not ‘S30’. That’s not what this concept designer thinks, it seems. In any case, he envisioned the Galaxy S30 Ultra in this video concept.
This Galaxy S30 Ultra concept features an under-display camera
The phone continues in the Galaxy S20 series footsteps in terms of the design, with one major change. This phone features an under-display camera. The Galaxy S21 / S30 series probably will not offer such tech, though, at least according to rumors.
Samsung is once again expected to utilize a display camera hole, instead of the under-display camera. Things may change by the time it launches, though, and this phone with an under-display camera does look quite sleek.
The Galaxy S30 Ultra shown here also comes with almost no bezels, and its display is slightly curved. Its frame is made out of metal, while there’s glass on the front and the back.
All the physical keys can be found on the right, while its main speaker is at the bottom, along with the Type-C USB port. Antenna lines are visible on various parts of the phone’s frame.
A SIM card tray is placed at the top of the phone, along with a noise-canceling microphone. An earpiece is barely visible, but it’s placed at the very top of the phone’s display.
This handset has a rather interesting rear camera setup
On the back of the phone, you’ll notice a camera module that is placed in the top-left corner. That module houses three camera sensors, one of which is a periscope camera.
Aside from that, an LED flash is placed there, along with some additional sensors. That camera module does protrude on the back, and the phone’s backplate is curved.

The Samsung Galaxy S21 / S30 series will almost certainly be fueled by the Snapdragon 875 in the US and China. The Exynos 1000 will probably fuel the devices in Europe and India, though.
Android 11 can be expected to come out of the box, while the phone will utilize the newest RAM and UFS storage. Fast wired and wireless charging is expected, as well as an in-display fingerprint scanner.
