The recently released Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 has gained much appreciation and applause from the critics. And now a recent survey by Samsung shows the Galaxy Z Fold 2 as the ultimate multitasking device.
In 2020, we have seen multiple foldable devices popping up in the scene. Be it Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2, Galaxy Z Flip, Moto Razr 5G, Microsoft Surface Duo.
But the rich accolades were gathered by the Galaxy Z Fold 2 for its revamped design, improved hardware, and other subtle features. You could argue that being a 2nd-gen device it is bound for betterment.
However, the fact is that, if we could suggest anyone a foldable device to buy right now, it would be the Galaxy Z Fold 2 phablet.
Besides, in 2020, thanks to the coronavirus pandemic, work from home or study from home has become the new normal. In fact, this has literally brought us more close to technology.
A neat infographic by Samsung shows that almost 82% of people are working from home due to COVID-19. The use of TV has increased by 69%, smartphones by 68%, laptops by 58%, and tablets by 53%.
On top of that, out of 100%, 98% of people who participated in this research revealed smartphones as their most-used device.
78% of Millenials and Gen Z use smartphones for multitasking
The Samsung survey reveals that 78% of the Millenials and Gen Z consider using their smartphones for multi-tasking like messaging, email, social media, online shopping, etc.
And 76% of the people definitely consider a foldable phone for multitasking. A foldable is the aptest device because 64% of all people want a foldable for the larger screen, 46% for the better viewing experience, and 38% for the multitasking.
Samsung took a sample size of 1,000 people, and most of them were from the United States. Besides, the other half was from South Korea, the company’s home soil.
Moreover, the survey also reveals that people are considering the purchase of a foldable device within 12 months. So, this makes the currently available foldable devices a worthy choice.

However, the whole survey was biased towards showing Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 as the ultimate multitasking device. In fact, the survey was meant to show how the Galaxy Z Fold 2 devices will make their lives better at the current scenario.
Well, it is easily understandable that Samsung would put its Galaxy Z Fold 2 first before any other device in such surveys. But the interesting fact is that Galaxy Z Fold 2 is the best foldable device out there worth considering.
The Z Fold 2 can do anything you would do on a laptop and do what you want from a smartphone. So, the biasness of the survey is totally worth it.
