According to the latest news, Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 2 is speculated to come with a stereo loudspeaker setup. This is something that the first-generation Galaxy Z Flip phone.

Samsung is the undisputed king at the moment when it comes to foldable and flip phones. While there are players like Huawei and Motorola competing in this department, they are nowhere close to Samsung.

In fact, Samsung is already in line to develop its third-generation foldable phone. While we will be having the second-generation flip phone, the Galaxy Z Flip 2 in 2021.

Apparently, Samsung foldable like the Galaxy Fold and Galaxy Z Fold 2, and Galaxy Z Flip are some of the foldable and flip phones, which you can actually prefer your friends and family member to go for.

And now, new reports claim that Samsung wants to rectify its previous shortcoming with Galaxy Z Flip. Notably, the stereo speakers, which was missing from the first-gen Galaxy Z Flip, would come for Galaxy Z Flip 2.

Going by a cryptic tweet from @Ricciolo1, the Galaxy Z Flip 2 will feature a stereo loudspeaker setup. This would be a serious upgrade over the first-gen device, which had a single down-firing speaker.

Galaxy Z Flip 2 is expected to arrive somewhere in H1 of 2021

The information coming from the tweet does not end there. It also mentions a hashtag “#h121” which means that the Galaxy Z Flip 2 will release in the first-half (h1) of 2021.

If the information turns to be true, the Galaxy Z Flip 2 will come at par with the premium flagships. Talking about the features that have up until now come up about the Galaxy Z Flip 2, it is expected to pack a 120Hz display.

Moreover, the flip phone is expected to feature a larger cover display. Note that the 120Hz refresh rate would be applicable only for the inner display on the flip phone.

Additionally, there will be the new triple-camera setup on the Z Flip 2. This would put the device with other flagships from Samsung. The phone will also pack the second-generation Ultra-Thin Glass for superior display.

We only wish that all these specs come true once the device comes out next year in 2021. We also expect a bigger battery, improved camera performance, faster charging, etc.

More importantly, Samsung should also improve the Flex Mode feature. This is something of very importance to such foldables and flip phones. And Samsung should bring this to more stock and third-party apps.

Although it may not be possible as of yet, some kind of dust and water resistance would be a great addition as well.
