Madden NFL 21 Is Live On Stadia, And You Can Play It For Free

Stadia just received its latest game on the platform with Madden NFL 21. And those who are eager to dig in and start throwing passes down the field can do so at no charge.

Really. From now and throughout the weekend, Madden NFL 21 will be free to play on Stadia. If you like it, you can pick it up after the free access is lifted. There is of course one caveat to this whole free experience. You have to be subscribed to Stadia Pro if you want to play the game without buying it.

You also only have until February 1. So if you’re interested in checking it out before you buy, don’t waste time in doing so. If you’ve not signed up for Stadia Pro before, now would be a good time to consider it. As you’ll get your first month free, allowing you to test out Madden NFL 21 on the platform without having to pay a dime.

Madden NFL 21 will be $30 on Stadia for a limited time

If you know this is a game you want to buy, then buy it now while you can save a ton of money.

From now until February 10 at 12:59 AM, you can grab the Madden NFL 21 Superstar Edition for just $29.59. This bundle will normally retail for $79.99. If you grab it before the launch sale is over you can snag it for $50 off. So there’s no point in wasting time if you enjoy sports games and had planned to pick this game up.

In the Superstar Edition, alongside the base game you will also get bonus DLC content. This DLC content includes extra players in the Madden Ultimate Team mode. It’s also actually cheaper than the base game itself. Which is also on sale at $29.99 down from $59.99.

The point here is, buy the Superstar Edition if you’re going to buy this game at all. Because you pay less for more content.

Don’t forget about February’s free Stadia Pro games

If you like the sound of the word free in relation to new games, don’t forget that Stadia Pro subscribers will get three new games to play starting February 1.

This will include Lara Croft and The Guardian of Light, Enter The Gungeon, and Journey To The Savage Planet, which seems best compared to something No Man’s Sky. If you’ve got zero plans for the weekend, it seems like Stadia just laid out your plans for you.
