Xiaomi smart bands are quite popular among users across the globe, thanks to the features they pack and the price tag. Now, the first details of the upcoming Xiaomi Mi Band 6 have been leaked.

Notably, Geekdoing forum user MagicalUnicorn has shared a bunch of images that give us the details of features the Xiaomi Mi Band 6 may come with.

Xiaomi Mi Band 5 saw huge success and was well appreciated by users worldwide. Fast forward to now, as per the latest leaked details, we may see another successful product from Xiaomi.

The upcoming Xiaomi Mi Band 6 is speculated to come with a new set of handy features and visual improvements, which will distinguish the Mi Band 6 from its predecessor.

As per the source, the codename of the Xiaomi Mi Band 6 is “Pangu.” Moreover, it seems there will be two variants of the smart band. The Chinese version with NFC has model number XMSH16HM.

While the global variant has model number XMSH16HM and it may come without NFC. This same variant could appear in China as well without NFC.

Xiaomi Mi Band 6 is expected to come with up to 30 activity modes

According to the data revealed in the Zepp app code, Xiaomi Mi Band 6 is speculated to come with Amazon Alexa voice support. It could also feature the SpO2 sensor, which is quite an important feature considering the current COVID-19 situation.

The smart band has also been tipped to come with an in-built GPS for accurate activity tracking. This could be one of the selling points of the wearable device, provided that it comes with them.

Details provided by MagicalUnicorn also reveal that the Mi Band 6 should come with up to 30 activity modes. An image indicating the various activity modes has been shared. FYI, the Mi Band 5 supports only 11 activity modes.

The latest additions include dance, Zumba, cricket, basketball, and kickboxing. So, there’s a huge jump in the number of activities the upcoming smart band can track.

Additionally, the smart band should also come with a bigger display than its predecessor. The Mi Band 5 comes with a 1.1-inch display. The leaked watch faces for Mi Band 6 have higher resolution, confirming this theory.

A bunch of images featuring icons and emojis was also found. These images showcase some other details about the upcoming Xiaomi smart band.

Although most of the details about the Mi Band 6 have been leaked, we would advise our readers to take the information with a pinch of salt.

Besides, there is no information about the price or availability of the Xiaomi smart band. We expect it to be priced somewhere around the Mi Band 5, which costs 189 yuan (US$29) for the non-NFC edition.
