The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 is expected to arrive later this year, and an interesting new concept design has just surfaced. This concept design comes from Ben Geskin, who is well-known for making smartphone concepts.
This Galaxy Z Fold 3 concept design is inspired by two of Samsung’s existing devices
Do note that this is not a leak or anything of the sort. This phone is a product of imagination, inspired by Samsung’s existing devices. In this particular case, it is inspired by the Galaxy Z Fold 2 and Galaxy S21 Ultra.
The front side of this phone is taken from the Galaxy Z Fold 2, while the back is obviously from the Galaxy S21 Ultra. The device has really thin bezels as the Z Fold 2, including a single camera hole on each of its two displays.
On the back, you’ll notice the same camera island as we’ve seen on the Galaxy S21 Ultra. That camera island is quite large, and it’s an extension of the phone’s frame.
The S Pen will almost surely be included with the Galaxy Z Fold 3
The designer also included an S Pen in this image, for a good reason. The Galaxy Z Fold 3 is expected to arrive with the S Pen. You’ll also be able to dock it inside the device as well, at least according to rumors.
The thing is, the Galaxy Z Fold series is expected to replace the Galaxy Note series, starting with the Z Fold 3. The Galaxy Note 21 likely won’t launch at all, but we’ll see.
A couple of days ago, we’ve seen a slightly different concept design. Instead of the Galaxy S21 Ultra’s back, that design utilized the design from the Galaxy S21(+), including the camera housing.
The Galaxy Z Fold 3 is expected to arrive in mid-2021. The device is rumored to launch in either June or July, but nothing has been confirmed thus far. More information will surely follow soon, as this is one of Samsung’s most anticipated devices this year.
