You Can Watch Sling TV (& Showtime) Free During Its Week-long 'Sling Fling' Event

Sling TV has announced that users are able to watch its streaming live TV service for free today through Valentine’s Day. It’s calling it the “Sling Fling”.

You can watch over 100 live channels on Sling TV for free, and that includes the premium channel, Showtime.

In addition to that, Sling TV is also unlocking some of its more impressive deals. Like $25 off of your first month. Bringing the price down to $10 for your first month. Don’t worry, it’ll be back to $35 next month.

As is usually the case with “free” Sling TV, there are some caveats. So you will only be able to watch for free from 5PM to Midnight each day through February 14. You also need to register for the event. And the Sling Blue and Orange packages are available, as well as four of its Extra bundles included.

Why is Sling TV giving us free TV?

The Sling Fling event coincides with a few different things. One, it’s a good way to stay in and watch TV on Valentine’s Day, since most places are still locked down. It also is being done to celebrate National Cut The Cord Day, which I bet none of you knew was a thing. And finally, this is celebrating Sling’s sixth anniversary. Hard to believe that Sling TV has been around for six years already.

If you’ve been thinking about trying out Sling TV, this is a great time to do so. Enjoy the free Sling TV content this week, and then sign up and get $25 off of your first month.

Sling TV is a really great streaming Live TV service, and one of the cheapest on the market right now. Only Philo is cheaper. You can check out everything you need to know about Sling TV by clicking here.
