Naturally, you can only chat with people you’ve actually connected with, so a Shout is a good introductory gambit.
One of the things we like about Twinkle is that it does away with the cold, demoralizing process of swiping through potential matches. Thanks to the app’s powerful search tool, you’ll only be matched with people you’re probably going to like.
Better still, chatting with matches is totally free, and so is the ability to see who has Liked your profile. Plus, a feature called Instant Match lets you connect with admirers who haven’t yet appeared in your match game.
And, the app lets you know when an admirer was last active, saving you the trouble of waiting around for users who haven’t logged in for months, and probably never will.
