This Is What The OnePlus Nord 2 Will Look Like

The OnePlus Nord 2 design has just been revealed, thanks to CAD-based renders. These renders are provided by 91mobiles and @OnLeaks, and they leave little to the imagination.

CAD renders reveal the OnePlus Nord 2 design

The phone will be made out of metal and glass, it seems. It will feature a single display camera hole, in the top-left corner. Its display will be flat, while the power / lock key will sit on the right. Above it, you’ll notice an alert slider.

The volume up and down buttons are located on the left. There are three cameras placed on the back of the phone, along with an LED flash. The whole camera island will protrude a bit, and will be located in the top-left corner.

OnePlus’ logo will be imprinted on the back, and the device’s back will curve towards the sides. This design is what we’d expect out of OnePlus at this point in time. It resembles all other OnePlus devices that got released this year, basically.

A Type-C USB port is included on the bottom of the phone, along with a speaker grille. A SIM card tray can also be seen in the provided images.

The source does note that these renders are based on an early prototype of the device. The final product is expected to look like this, but small differences are possible.

Its dimensions have also been mentioned

The OnePlus Nord 2 will measure 160 x 73.8 x 8.1mm (roughly), says the source. We still don’t know how much will it weigh, though.

According to previous rumors, the device will include a 6.43-inch fullHD+ AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. The MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC will fuel the phone, while you can expect to get up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage on it.

A 50-megapixel main camera sensor is rumored, along with a 32-megapixel selfie camera. A 4,500mAh battery will probably be included, along with 30W or 65W fast wired charging. Wireless charging won’t be supported. The phone will offer 5G connectivity, and ship with Android 11 out of the box. OnePlus’ OxygenOS 11 will be included on top of Android 11.
