The Xiaomi Mi MIX 4 is tipped to include a large battery, and blazing fast charging. Based on a new report from China, Xiaomi is planning to include a 5,000mAh battery, and enable 120W charging.

That’s not all, though, as 80W wireless charging was also mentioned. If this ends up being true, the Mi MIX 4 will offer faster wireless charging than most smartphones offer for wired charging.
Now, this device is also tipped to become Xiaomi’s first smartphone to include an under-display camera. That was mentioned several times thus far, in various rumors / reports.
The Snapdragon 888 will almost certainly fuel the phone, while the device is expected to offer extremely thin bezels. It still did not leak out, but we’re expecting something different than the Mi 11 series.
Xiaomi’s MI MIX devices are usually trying to up the ante, offer something futuristic, and set themselves apart in the design department. Xiaomi hasn’t announced a Mi MIX device for a while now, so let’s hope this one will justify its name.
Android 11 will come pre-installed, possibly with MIUI 13
Android 11 is expected to come pre-installed on the phone, along with MIUI 13 on top of it. MIUI 13 inclusion will depend on when the phone gets announced, though. It is possible MIUI 12.5 will come pre-installed, followed by the MIUI 13 update.
The phone will likely be made out of metal and glass or metal and ceramic. Its display will be large, and we could see some other futuristic technologies being included here.
The Xiaomi Mi MIX 4 is one of the most anticipated devices from the company this year. It won’t be a foldable phone though. Xiaomi is tipped to announce two more foldable devices by the end of 2021. Those devices will follow the Mi MIX Fold that got announced earlier this year.
