PNY Unveils Its RTX 3090 Ti With Triple Fans & An Overclocked Model

PNY has announced its latest graphics card for PC gamers, the XLR8 RTX 3090 Ti which comes with a triple fan configuration. PNY is calling this the “new king of consumer-grade graphics cards,” powered by 10,752 CUDA cores, and 24GB of GDDR6X RAM.

The company also says the RAM can deliver up to 1TB/s of memory bandwidth. The new GPU is aimed at gamers and content creators who want the most out of their setups. And the card should offer exceptional performance “without compromise” to anyone who wants to slot this card into their machine.

Both the standard and overclocked models are equipped with 2nd generation RT cores for ray tracing as well as 3rd generation Tensor cores for DLSS and AI features. Both models also come with 24GB of GDDR6X RAM (384-bit), a triple fan configuration, PCI Express 4.0 support, DisplayPort 1.4a and HDMI 2.1 support, and PNY’s Epic-X RGB lighting system details.

PNY has not revealed pricing or availability for its RTX 3090 Ti cards

As of right now PNY doesn’t have anything to share regarding pricing or availability of its new XLR8 RTX 3090 Ti or XLR8 RTX 3090 Ti OC. But if you look at the pricing of the RTX 3060 Ti that was just stocked on Amazon at the end of last week, you can use that as a sort of guesstimate for where the price of the 3090 Ti card may sit.

The RTX 3060 Ti from PNY retails for $719.99 at its MSRP (which got more stock by the way). So expect the RTX 3090 Ti to cost well over $1,000. As for when it will be available, PNY doesn’t really give off any hints here. But the launch is probably not too far off. Other RTX 3090 Ti cards from different manufacturers are suspected to launch sometime this week or in early April.

So that could be when PNY launches its cards as well. Then again this is just a guess based on that previous information. And PNY will no doubt share exact pricing and availability details later. Once it gets closer to an official launch of these new GPUs.

RGB can be turned on or off with the flip of a switch

RGB is great. But you might not necessarily want it on all the time. The cool thing about the RGB lighting here is that you can turn it off. Easily at that. PNY designed the card with an on/off switch that lets you enable or disable the RGB at your leisure.
