Google’s official Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro cases have appeared on Amazon, but a bit early. They’ve surfaced on Amazon Netherlands, as Piet (a designer), pointed out on Twitter.

It’s not exactly a secret Google will offer official cases for its upcoming devices. We already knew that those cases will be very similar to the ones offered last year. This time around, though, they do come with different buttons. Last year, the buttons got covered by rubbery plastic, but this time around, they’ll either be made out of metal, or regular plastic. Either way, they’ll be a separate entity from the case itself.
You can clearly see the upcoming cases in the galleries below the article, along with the one major change we’ve mentioned. We do hope that Google will use different materials for the case themselves, as last year’s were not exactly pure quality. There were many complaints about yellowing, and some cases even fell apart rather quickly.
In any case, if you take a look at the provided galleries, you’ll see the cases we’re talking about. Each of the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro smartphone colors, will get its own case. Not in the sense you’ll get a case in the box, but in the sense you can buy one that fits color-wise.
For the Pixel 7, you’ll be able to choose between Lemongrass, Obsidian Black, and Snow color variants. For the Pixel 7 Pro, Hazel, Obsidian Black, and Snow options will be on offer.
The ‘Hazel’ color is the only one that is not listed here
In the gallery above, you can see all those color options, for both phones, except for the Hazel one. That one doesn’t seem to be available on Amazon Netherlands, at least not yet.
The prices you can see here are probably just placeholders. These cases won’t be cheap, though. The Pixel 6 and 6 Pro cases were $29 at launch, so we’re expecting a similar price tag for these as well.
The Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro will become official tomorrow, and the same goes for these cases.
