It seems like the Vivo X90 series will arrive to global markets on January 31. Seemingly-official posters surfaced, confirming that date as the launch date for the series… globally.
As a reminder, the Vivo X90 series launched in China at the end of last month. The Vivo X90 Pro+ stole the show, of course, thanks to its 1-inch camera sensor. We’ve seen plenty of camera samples, showing us really compelling images.
The Vivo X90 series will arrive to global markets on January 31, it seems
That being said, the posters that you can see below has not been shared by Vivo officially, at least not at the time of writing this article. So, the launch date is not yet official, but the posters do seem to be legit.
Vivo seems to be using the ‘Pro Photography in Pocket’ tagline for this launch event. It’s no surprise that the main focus is on the camera here. The Vivo X90 Pro+ not only has a 1-inch camera sensor, but ZEISS’ optics as well. On top of that, several additional, compelling cameras are included here, as is the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2.
The phone has really thin bezels, and a curved display, which measures 6.78 inches. That is a 120Hz panel, an LTPO display, the latest and greatest Samsung panel Vivo could get its hands on.
The Vivo X90 Pro+ is the star of the show
The company also included 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM on the inside, and UFS 4.0 flash storage is also a part of the package. The phone is IP68 certified, and it comes in both glass back and vegan leather back variants.
In addition to a 1-inch main camera, the device also offers a 48-megapixel ultrawide camera, a 50-megapixel telephoto unit, and a 64-megapixel periscope telephoto camera on the back.
The Vivo X90 and Vivo X90 Pro were also announced during the event, but they’re not as compelling as the Pro+ model. The Vivo X90 Pro+ will definitely be coming to global markets, while it remains to be seen about the other two phones.
