Samsung releases Galaxy Enhance-X for all flagship models

Samsung has released the Galaxy Enhance-X app for a bunch of Galaxy devices. The AI-powered image enhancement app is now available for the Galaxy S22, Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21 FE, Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20 FE, Galaxy Note 20, Galaxy Z Fold 4, Galaxy Z Flip 4, Galaxy Z Fold 3, Galaxy Z Flip 3, Galaxy  Z Fold 2, Galaxy Z Flip 5G, and the original Galaxy Z Flip. The company plans to soon add support for Galaxy A and Galaxy M series mid-range models, as well as all recent tablets.

Galaxy Enhance-X is a photo editing app for Samsung’s Galaxy devices. The Korean firm launched the app in July of last year, starting with a beta version for the Galaxy S22 series. However, the app lacked Android 13 support and never arrived in the stable channel for the 2022 flagships. After months of waiting, Samsung finally released a public version of Galaxy Enhance-X for the Galaxy S23 series in April. It promised to add support for the Galaxy S22 series in June.

As promised, the app is now available for the Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+, and Galaxy S22 Ultra. Moreover, Samsung has simultaneously released Galaxy Enhance-X for all supported flagship models. As long as your phone is listed above and running One UI 5.1, you can download the app (link below) to give your photos a magic touch with just a few taps. It can quickly fix all imperfections in your photos using the help of artificial intelligence (AI).

Galaxy Enhance-X lets you restore or upscale low-resolution old photos and fix lens distortion without putting much effort. You get to see before and after versions of the photo to compare the changes. This app also lets you manually adjust HDR, brightness, sharpness, shadows, contrast, and more in photos. Other features include Fix Blur, Fix Noise, Fix Moire, Remove Reflection, Remove Shadows, Upscale, Face mode, Portrait mode, and more.

Samsung will bring Galaxy Enhance-X to more devices

At launch, Samsung said that all recent Galaxy smartphones and tablets running Android 10/One UI 2.5 or higher will get Galaxy Enhance-X. Almost a year later, the app is now available for a bunch of them, including all eligible flagship models. If you’re using any of the aforementioned Galaxy devices, you can click the button below to download the app from the Galaxy Store (version 1.0.76 weighs around 135MB). We will let you know when Samsung brings Galaxy Enhance-X to tablets and mid-range smartphones.
