This custom Starfield PC is out of this world

Starfield is on the horizon and this custom PC build (created by Modsbyben) takes one of the core elements of the game and turns it into a fully functioning work of art you can play the game on. The PC build was a commissioned job by AMD and Bethesda for QuakeCon this year. AMD is also Starfield’s official GPU partner.

The build concept was based on a big part of the game that players are sure to spend hours with. The ship building. But the design of the case isn’t a ship you’ll see in the game itself. Not exactly. Instead, the mod is a combination of design styles from Modsbyben and the design style from Bethesda. Resulting in a completely unique take inspired by the spaceships that Starfield will have to offer. It’s certainly a case worthy of your hard-earned money. If you were able to buy it in the first place.

This custom Starfield PC is one of a kind, and you can’t buy it

Unfortunately, purchasing this PC mod isn’t an option. Since it was a custom commission by AMD and Bethesda for QuakeCon specifically. And as sad as that may be for anyone who would love to have this on display in their own home, you can at least admire it from afar. You can also view the build as a two-part video series on Modsbyben’s YouTube channel. Additionally you can check out more of Ben’s work at his official website. At the time of writing part 2 of the build isn’t up for viewing. So you’ll want to keep tabs on the channel if you’re interested in seeing the finished product, which also contains a reveal of the limited edition Starfield GPU AMD unveiled at the event.

And chances are this custom build will contain one of those GPUs. AMD also gave away 500 of them during QuakeCon. Starfield officially releases on September 5 for Xbox Series X|S and PC via Steam. It’ll also be available on Xbox Game Pass for those with memberships.
