The Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra is expected to arrive in the first quarter of next year, and yet we’re already seeing more and more rumors regarding the device. In the latest turn of events, a tipster has shared the Galaxy S24 Ultra SoC, battery, and camera information.

This info comes from Yogesh Brar, though take it with a grain of salt. The tipster mentions that the phone will be fueled by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 or Exynos 2400, which will likely be region-dependent.
Recent rumors are suggesting that Samsung plans for a comeback of its flagship Exynos chips, and that they will be used in some Galaxy S24 series units. We still don’t have the details, though. The entire Galaxy S23 series is fueled by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy SoC, in all regions.
That being said, the tipster also says that the phone will include a 5,000mAh battery, and supports 45W wired charging. Wireless charging will also be supported, but he still doesn’t have details on that. Samsung will probably stick with 15W wireless charging, though.
Four cameras will be included on the back of the phone
You can expect to see four cameras on the back of the phone. A 200-megapixel main camera will be backed by a 12-megapixel ultrawide unit. A 50-megapixel telephoto camera is also mentioned, as is a 10-megapixel periscope telephoto unit. The source also says that we’ll get a 12-megapixel selfie unit.
That is basically all the information that he shared. It is also worth saying that the Galaxy S24 Ultra is expected to take better 5x zoom photos. It will arrive with that improved 50-megapixel telephoto camera, with 3x optical zoom. That was first revealed by Ice Universe recently.
The phone will utilize a camera with a sensor size of 1/2.52 inches, which is noticeably bigger than the 10-megapixel unit inside the Galaxy S23 Ultra. The pixel size will be dropped from 1.12um to 0.7um, though. Pixel binning is the name of the game here.
