The OutCats’ reign of terror on PONOS comes to and end

After a turbulent week of negotiations, The Battle Cats developer PONOS Corporation has resolved its dispute with The OutCats.

The truce, revealed in a Thursday 24th statement on PONOS Corporation’s social media channels, draws to a close one of the most shocking incidents of corporate extortion in recent memory.

Last week, criminal syndicate The OutCats stole 100 millions cans of Cat Food from a PONOS Corporation warehouse, and then followed this audacious heist by hacking the studio’s social media channels and publishing a ransom video.

Unless PONOS Corporation met The OutCats’ demand, the gang would give away 999 cans of Cat Food to every active player.

Their demand: to be allowed to join The Battle Cats as full members, having been rejected by the game nine years earlier.

We can now reveal that the members of The OutCats are Sick Cat, Trash Cat, and Stealth Cat. As a result of tense negotiations, one of these once-denied Cats will join the ranks of The Battle Cats next spring.

A public vote is currently being held, allowing players to collectively decide which outcast they will eventually be forced to tolerate.

To help them decide, each member of The OutCats has an old audition tape. PONOS Corporation has agreed to publish these videos on its newly recovered YouTube account, and you can watch them in full here.

Once you’ve made your choice, all you need to do in order to cast a vote is log in to The Battle Cats and purchase a single Rare Cat Ticket to support the cause of one of the three OutCats before polls close on December 3rd.

In addition, The OutCats have pledged to return the remainder of their stolen Cat Food in the form of a lottery, with nine lucky voters each randomly receiving 9,999 cans. You can also download The Battle Cats on Android and iOS.
