Google Store expands and now carries Fitbit accessories

Google’s integration of Fitbit into its ecosystem has taken another step forward. 9to5Google recently observed that the company has now added a range of Fitbit accessories to the Google Store, which already features smartwatches and trackers. This expansion is available in the US, Canada, and Asian-Pacific markets.

Find Fitbit accessories at Google Store instead of Fitbit’s official website

Previously, the Google Store used to be exclusively all about selling Fitbit wearables; however, customers can now buy Fitbit accessories directly from Google. It is possible that Fitbit’s online storefront, fitbit.com, may eventually discontinue leaving store.google.com as the only official e-store by Google.

Another new accessory among many others that have been made available at Google Store includes charging cables retailing at $19.95. These cables will top-up different models of Fitbit including Charge 6/5, Luxe, Inspire 3/2, and Fitbit Ace 3. Additionally, there is also a Fitbit Aria Air scale ($49.95) and Inspire 3 Clip Accessory on the store’s front page.

Furthermore, there is also a wide selection of bands for Fitbit trackers and smartwatches to meet different style preferences. Among such bands are Luxe, Ace 3, Inspire 3, Charge 6/5, and Sense 2/Versa 4 devices in classic looks, leather alternatives, or stainless-steel mesh designs.

Third-party gear for wearables is also available on the Google Store

Besides official Fitbit accessories, third-party options like ZAGG, PanzerGlass screen protectors, OtterBox cases, and Wasserstein clips are also available on the Google Store. The Wasserstein 3-in-1 Charging Station for Fitbits comes in two variants: one fitted with an Android (USB-C) connector while the other uses an iPhone (Lightning). It may work with additional devices such as Pixel Watch 2.

These latest additions provide customers with an easy way to enhance their experience using the fitness tracker while benefiting from opportunities such as the 10% discount from Google One plus promotional credits. Google continues to integrate Fitbit into its ecosystem, and users can expect further enhancements and offerings in the future, strengthening the synergy between Google and Fitbit products.
