ASUS makes some pretty decent gaming peripherals for its ROG brand and right now Amazon has a deal on the Harpe gaming mouse that’s really pretty good. Normally this gaming mouse costs $150. However, Amazon has it on sale for $81.56 which is a pretty steep discount.
There are two features that stand out quite a bit with the ASUS ROG Harpe that are worth mentioning right away. The first is the DPI. The ROG Harpe has an extremely high maximum DPI as it can go up to 36,000. This is much higher than the majority of gaming mice out there. Although, you’d also need to be pretty good with fast flicks if you were to set it to that level.
In addition to the high DPI sensor, the ROG Harpe also only weighs 54 grams. With that said, the ultra-lightweight build and the high DPI make this a dream for players who like to play with incredibly fast movement of the mouse. Now this mouse is wireless so it does have a battery that needs to charge up every so often. Luckily it has an average battery life of about 90 hours. In terms of connectivity, you can connect the mouse via Bluetooth or 2.4GHz for low latency. You can also use it wired when charging.
And what’s really awesome is if you use the 2.4GHz connection, this mouse supports the ROG Omni Receiver. What this does is let you connect this mouse and a compatible keyboard to the same receiver. It sounds small, but it’s actually really good because it saves you a USB port. The ASUS ROG Harpe comes in black and white but only the black model is on sale for the $81.56 price.
