Motorola is refreshing its Moto G lineup with new phones for multiple price segments. Today, the company announced the Moto G45 in India with decent specs and a really affordable price tag. However, the company is also working on a Moto G55 5G for the global market, and a new leak revealed its colors. Plus, the report includes specs of an upcoming Moto G35 5G.
Motorola’s Moto G series doesn’t want to leave any gaps uncovered in the low-end and mid-range segments. According to 91mobiles, the Moto G55 5G and Moto G35 5G are all set to hit the global market in the coming weeks. As their names suggest, they will be the successors to the Moto G54 5G and Moto G34 5G from 2023, respectively.
Global Moto G55 5G to be available in 3 colors; Moto G35 5G key specs available
There are not many technical details available about the Moto G55 5G. However, it would be available in three color options: gray, green, and purple. One of its variants would have 8 GB of RAM + 256 GB of storage. For reference, its predecessor (the Moto G54 5G) boasts specs like the Dimensity 7020 chip, 120Hz FHD+ LCD display, a 5,000 mAh battery, and 15W charging.
On the other hand, there is less secrecy surrounding the Moto G35 5G. The report claims that the device will have a UnisoC T760 chip, a Mali G57 GPU, 8GB of RAM, a 4,850mAh battery (touted as 5,000 mAh), and 20W charging. It would be available in 4GB+128GB, 8GB+128GB, and 8GB+256GB variants.
The Moto G35 5G has already received TUV, EUT, FCC, EEC, IMEI, and UL Demko clearances. It even appeared in the Geekbench listings. Potential buyers could choose between three color options: red, green, and black. Last year’s model started at Rs 10,999 in India, so you can expect a similar price range for the upcoming one.
The Moto G54 5G and Moto G34 5G arrived in September and December 2023, respectively. However, it is possible that the next-gen models will hit the market together, though this is just speculation for now.
