Right now, Amazon has a pretty good deal on the JBL Go 4, a tiny little Bluetooth speaker that’s small enough to go with you just about anywhere but still puts out some big sound to fill the room.
The JBL Go 4 normally retails for $49.95, but Amazon is offering a 20% discount, and that brings the final price down to $39.95. Now, the all-time low price is $38, but this is only $1.95 more than that, so it’s still a great price. It’s also worth noting that the JBL Go 4 was down to $39.95 back at the beginning of this month.
In terms of features, the big deal with this speaker is its size and portable design. Thanks to the loop on one corner, you can easily carry this thing by wrapping your finger around the loop, or by attaching the speaker to a carabiner clip, which you can then attach to your backpack or bag. The JBL Go 4 is also dustproof and waterproof, which means it’s more than safe from a little dirt or water. It has an IP67 rating, so even if it’s submerged in water, it should be fine.
However, we wouldn’t recommend submerging it very far or for very long. Think of this as more of an accidental thing. It accidentally gets knocked into the pool, you fish it out 10 seconds later, and it still works fine. That kind of scenario. Of course, it should be ok with accidental spills, too, like if you knock over a glass of water.
This speaker should last you throughout the day, as it has a battery life of up to 7 hours normally. You can even turn on Playtime Boost, which extends that by up to 2 hours.
