Perhaps the best of the laptops on this list for work from home, is the Pixelbook Go. Especially if all you need to use a laptop for is the internet. Since this has Chrome OS on-board and also offers a really great look and feel. It is also super light weight.
Now, the Pixelbook Go comes in a number of variants, but the cheapest one that’s $649, comes with the Intel Core M3 processor, 8GB of RAM and 64GB of storage on-board. That is pretty powerful, actually for a Chromebook, but you can also upgrade. All the way up to an Intel Core i7 chipset with 16GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.
Keep in mind that Chromebooks just have Chrome inside, and Android Apps. This is not an entire operating system, like a Windows or Mac laptop would have.
