Sky go-ahead for ITV shares appeal

BSkyB today welcomed a Court of Appeal decision to let it challenge a Competition Commission ruling that the satellite broadcaster must sell down its 17.9% stake in ITV.

The shares have slumped 84% from the price it paid in 2006.
