- The promoter of this competition and data controller is Lingo Technology UK, a company registered in England and Wales with company registration number 14521087and registered office address at Abbott House, Vanwall Business Park, Vanwall Road, Maidenhead, Berkshire, SL6 4XE (“Promoter”). - The Prize Administrator is The London Standard, company number 6770098.
- This prize draw (the “the Promotion”) is only open to legal residents of Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland). Government officials, Healthcare Professionals, employees of the Promoter, their families, the Prize Administrator, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the giveaway are not permitted to enter the competition. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity to verify eligibility conditions.
- Entrants must be aged 18 or over at the time of entry. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity to verify eligibility conditions.
- The competition will run from 05-02-25 at 00:01am until 02-04-25 at 23:59pm inclusive and will comprise of the prize (as detailed in paragraph 10 below). All competition entries must be received by no later than the Closing Date. All entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
- The Promotion is free to enter; however internet access, and a valid email address are required.
- To enter the competition, participants must follow the steps below. These steps vary for each giveaway, but will be the following:
- Entry: entrants must provide their name, surname, and email address, on an entry form linked from the advertising of the competition on https://lifestyle.diwarta.com/esrewards and within https://lifestyle.diwarta.com.
- Only one entry will be accepted per person.
- There will be one winner for the prize of one 12-week Lingo Transform* plan, which contains 6 Lingo Biosensors (sent in three separate deliveries), full access to the Lingo app (iOS only) and Lingo coaching. The prize does not include the auto-renew subscription for Transform plan.
- The winner will be chosen randomly by the Prize Administrator in a random draw, conducted by a computer process that produces verifiably random results from all eligible entries, within 3 working days after the Closing Date specified.
- Neither the Promoter nor the Prize Administrator accept any responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.
- The winners will be notified by the Prize Administrator via email using the email address provided on the entry form within one week of the Closing Date. During the claim process the winner may be asked to supply name, address and date of birth to verify their eligibility to claim their prize. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the provisional winners, but it is each winner’s responsibility to monitor their email address (including spam folder) for receipt of the notification.
- If a winner does not respond to the Prize Administrator within 14 days of being notified, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Prize Administrator will be entitled to select another winner using the same random process. Once the claim has been verified the Prize Administrator or its agent will contact the winner to set up all of the required details to deliver the prize. The prizes for the winners are non-exchangeable and non-transferable and no cash or prize alternative is offered.
- The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prizes with alternative prizes of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control make it necessary to do so.
- In the event that all or part of any prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. The prizes for the winners are non-exchangeable and non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
- The Promoter and the Prize Administrator reserves the right to terminate or temporarily suspend this competition in the event of technical or other difficulties that might compromise its integrity.
- Neither the Promoter nor the Prize Administrator are liable for any disruption to this competition for reasons beyond the Promoter or the Prize Administrator’s reasonable control. In the event of any disruption to this competition, the Promoter or the Prize Administrator (as relevant) will use its reasonable endeavours to resolve the disruption and resume the competition in a manner that is fair to the participants.
- The Promoter and the Prize Administrator shall have the right to cancel, suspend or delay performance of their obligations, service or delivery of the prizes if such performance is impeded or causes an unreasonable hardship on the Promoter and the Prize Administrator due to any extraordinary circumstances beyond their reasonable control including, but not limited to, pandemic, epidemic, war, failure of public services, shortage of materials, delays in transportation including shipping, strikes or any form of industrial action riot government intervention, fire explosion and flood, etc.
- The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
- By entering into the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
- The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the competition. By entering the Promotion, each entrant acknowledges that in the event of a win, their surname and county of residence may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. A winners list will be made available by the Prize Administrator 4weeks after the end of the Promotion Period, for a period of 8 weeks. - The Promoter and the Prize Administrator are permitted to process your personal data in this way because it is performing a contract with you (i.e. these terms and conditions).
- The Prize Administrator will only share your personal information with the Promoter where you are a winner of the Promotion or where you have opted in to receive direct marketing from the Promoter (if relevant). - The recipients of your personal data will be those third parties that are administering this competition and fulfilling the prizes on behalf of the Promoter.
- The Promoter and the Prize Administrator will retain your personal data for as long as required to administer this competition and for a short time after in case there are any discrepancies relating to the competition. In certain circumstances, you have the right to access, rectify or erase, restrict the processing of, object to the processing of and request the porting of any personal data the Promoter holds about you.

- Insofar as is permitted by law, the Prize Administrator, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winners and/or runners up or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter and the Prize Administrator may, at their sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
- The Promoter and the Prize Administrator may disqualify any entrant who it reasonably believes has interfered with or attempted to interfere with the fair running of this competition.

- The competition is governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that residents of Scotland may also bring proceedings in the Scottish courts.
