Michelin star chef Alain Ducasse is opening a chocolate shop in Kingâs Cross

Alain Ducasse, the renowned French chef, is opening his first chocolate shop in the UK in Kingâs Cross.
His restaurant at the Dorchester is one of only three in the capital with a trio of Michelin stars.
Le Chocolat Alain Ducasse will open in October in Coal Drops Yard, a new shopping street adjacent to Granary Square and Regentâs Canal.
Treats on offer, such as flavoured ganaches, bars and pralines, will be made in Ducasseâs workshop located off a cobbled courtyard in the centre of Paris.
There Nicolas Berger, the chefâs chocolatier, helps Ducasse to source cocoa beans from across the world and develop recipes.
