Chefs to stage London festival devoted to chocolate

London's top pastry chefs and chocolatiers are to offer advice and tips at a festival devoted to chocolate.
The three-day Southbank event will feature demonstrations by chefs from hotels including The Lanesborough, Connaught and The Berkeley and a lesson in chocolate-infused cooking by the 2007 BBC Masterchef winner, Steven Wallis.
Organisers said the free festival in Southbank Centre Square will also feature stalls, book signings and workshops, as well as an exhibition of chocolate sculptures.
The festival runs from 26-28 March.
