- If crowds of people are exiting, cross to the adjacent platform and continue your journey without the crush.
- Follow people who look like commuters at ticket barriers - tourists stop and cause delays.
- Always let people off first - it means the train leaves sooner.
- Go online at http://map.tfl.gov.uk - a little-known interactive map showing Tube times and connections.
