London put to the test

London's ethnic minorities are happier and more optimistic than the white majority about life in the capital. Thisstartling fact is just one finding from what is arguably themost wide-ranging survey of Londoners' views ever conducted. The results of the survey, commissioned by Mayor Ken Livingstone and the Greater London Authority, and conducted by MORI, are shown below.
