Spirent non-exec raises £3.72m

GORAN Ennerfelt, non-executive director of telecoms equipment group Spirent, has raised £3.72m by selling six million shares at about 62p each, compared with Spirent's peak of 688p in 2000.

He still holds 13.25% of the company, worth about £77m.
