Gang police are investigating after a young man was stabbed "several times" in east London today.
The 20-year-old was knifed in Stephenson Street, Canning Town, at about 4.45pm.
The London Ambulance Service said he was taken to a major trauma centre with multiple stab wounds.
Police said his condition was not believed to be life-threatening.
A Scotland Yard spokeswoman said the Newham Police Gangs Unit was investigating.
No arrests have been made, she added.
