These are images of six men wanted by police after violence broke out at a match between Tottenham and West Ham at Wembley Stadium.

The group — all thought to be West Ham fans — are wanted in connection with an attack on police trying to separate rival supporters.

The trouble broke out during a dramatic Carabao Cup fourth-round tie at Wembley on October 25 when West Ham stunned Spurs by coming from behind to win 3-2.

Police said the officers were attacked as they tried to separate two groups of rival fans who were attempting to kick through a set of gates in an internal concourse of the stadium.

Detective Sergeant Matt Simpson, from the specialist crime and operations public order branch, said: “It was extremely fortunate that no one was badly injured. I would urge anyone who recognises any of these people to get in touch with us.”

The police appeal comes a day before the two sides meet again in a Premier League match at Wembley.

Anyone who recognises any of the individuals should contact the investigation team on 020 8246 9386 or ring Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
