Just when you thought we’d seen the last of David Miliband he heads back to town. The former Foreign Secretary, now head of International Rescue in New York, will be at the British Library for a lecture next month. Miliband is speaking at a Kennedy Memorial Trust event, delivering a lecture entitled “America, Britain & Europe: Lessons for JFK”. But why would David, the dashing young leader of men, whose political career was cut down in its prime, choose such a subject?
